LNC Tax Relief LLC has been providing tax collections and accounting related services since 2012.
LNC is owned by Clarence A. Wilson and Lelar C. Wilson, a husband and wife team. Together, they have more than 60-years of accounting and tax experience. LNC’s experience enables them to provide competent representation, locally and nationally, to corporations, partnerships, and individuals on all tax matters.
Lelar Wilson
Founder CEO
Lelar, the company’s founder and Chief Executive Officer (C.E.O.), served more than 34-years as a revenue officer for the U.S. Department of Treasury. She is an enrolled agent registered with the Department of Treasury, Internal Revenue Service. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Alabama State University. In addition to her academic and professional achievements and accolades, she is also a servant leader in her community. She is an active member/ Ambassador of the Montgomery Chamber of Commerce, where she represents the Chamber and community year-around by connecting with its members, business leaders, and elected officials at special events. She has served as a Goodwill Ambassador at Maxwell Air Force Base since 1984 and she was honored in 2018 for sponsoring 65 classes. She is a graduate of Leadership Montgomery. She is a life member of Alabama State University Alumni Associating as well as a life member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. In both organizations she has served various offices and chaired many committees in providing service to all mankind.

Clarence Wilson
General Partner
Clarence, serves as the company’s General Partner, and has 34 plus-years’ experience through his career as an auditor for the U.S. Department of Treasury, and accountant Alabama State University.
Clarence has Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting from Alabama State University. He is an active member of the Montgomery, Alabama Chamber of Commerce. As a Chamber Ambassador, he represents the Chamber and the community year-round by connecting with its members, business leaders, and elected officials at special events. He has served as a Goodwill Ambassador at Maxwell Air Force Base since 1984 and was honored in 2018 for sponsoring 65 classes. Clarence is a graduate of Leadership Montgomery. He is a life member of Alabama State University Alumni Association, Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc. and has provided countless hours of service to his community through his membership in both of these organizations.
